Global IT outage which is impacting GP appointment and patient record

We are aware of a global IT outage which is impacting GP appointment and patient record systems, causing disruptions to our Trust and local healthcare partner organisations. Work is underway to fix the issues as soon as possible. 

Planned appointments

If you have a hospital or GP appointment, you should attend as normal unless you are contacted and told otherwise. 

If you have an urgent community visit scheduled please be advised that our teams will continue with this visit. If you require support urgently please contact our community teams via our ISPA (Integrated Single Point of Access).
