Healthwatch and the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board are joining together to host an Engagement Event for you to have your say on the future of health and care in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Taking place on Friday 7th February, the public event will allow those who have an interest in health and care services in Coventry and Warwickshire to have the opportunity to contribute to the national Change NHS programme and comment on the NHS 10-year plan.

The plan focuses on the three shifts that the Government, health service and other experts believe need to happen. The shifts include moving care from hospitals to communities, making better use of technology and focusing on preventing sickness, not just treating it.

By attending the event, you can use your knowledge and experiences to contribute to the plan and ensure that the needs of people in our local communities are at the centre of decision making.

The details of the event are:

  • Time: 9.30am until 12.30 (tea and coffee will be available on arrival)
  • Location: Coventry and North Warwickshire Sports Club, Binley Road, Coventry, CV3 1HB.
