Return Scheme for Walking Aids

We have launched a walking aid return scheme at SWFT!

SWFT patients can return their sticks and crutches to the below collection points

Warwick hospital:

• Entrance to Outpatients Department
• Volunteers area by the main entrance

Leamington Hospital:

• Seating area next to reception

Stratford Hospital:

• Ground floor of Building One, near staircase & lifts

Larger items, such as wheelchairs and walking frames:

• Can be returned by calling Millbrook Healthcare Customer Services on 0333 321 8986.
