Our Health and Wellbeing Hub is a community space within Lillington Health Hub providing information support and signposting on a range of health and wellbeing services in Lillington and the surrounding areas.

Current activities at Lillington Health Hub:

We have partnered with Ramblers and Warwick District Council to offer a range of wellbeing walks that start from the Hub and cover various routes around the Lillington area. The distance of each walk varies according to the needs of those who attend; all walks are intended to be welcoming and friendly with opportunities to get to know others whilst walking. All walks meet outside the Hub at the time stated, participants can book or just turn up at the time advertised. 

Mondays 9:00 -10:30 am A 1+ mile walk returning to the Hub for refreshments.  

Mondays 9:30 - 10:30 am A short and gentle walk no more than half a mile with plenty of stopping places. Perfect for those who want to start walking, improve mobility or manage health conditions. Returning to the Hub for refreshments. 

Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm A 3-mile (approx) evening walk with the usual route going through three local parks. 

Fridays 6:00 - 7:00 pm A 3-mile walk, perfect for those looking for an opportunity to get moving after the working week. 

A weekly drop-in for young people aged 13-25 to access confidential advice and guidance on condom use. Condom distribution and pregnancy tests are available where relevant.

Runs from 23 January 2025 to every Thursday in term time from 3:00 - 5:30 pm.

Our small group seated exercise classes are provided by Everyone Active and a qualified instructor who specialises in fitness for the over 50s.

Running on Monday and Tuesday mornings, our Tuesday session currently has some capacity and can be booked by contacting us directly. 

Our weekly Wednesday morning drop-in (10:00 - 12:00 pm) is provided by Brunswick Hub Wellbeing Officers who can offer support with issues such as debts, money, housing, benefits, employment and mental health.

Meeting every first Monday of the month, these creative sessions are run by Artspan to support menopausal people.

Fitter Futures now provide a Friday morning Stop Smoking Clinic at the Hub from 9:00 - 12:00 pm. In order to have an appointment you must be referred by a health professional or refer yourself.
