Current activities at Lillington Health Hub:

Our monthly gardening group is run by Forest of Hearts and provides a chance to get outdoors, connect with others and help transform the courtyard spaces at Lillington Health Hub. The group is open to all local residents but is particularly good for those who feel lonely or emotionally down at times as well as for those looking to use their time and energy to make a difference alongside others.

The group meets on the third Monday of the month 2-3:30 pm in the group rooms and the courtyard spaces. We ask anyone who is interested in joining us to get in touch beforehand or to register via this link: Green Therapy Application Form 2024

Meeting every first Monday of the month, these creative sessions are run by Artspan to support menopausal people.

Please contact Artspan directly for more info and to book: artspancic@gmail.com
