Current activities at Stratford Hospital:

Our Bereavement Cafe has been running for over a year. It is an informal setting for anyone who would like to chat with one of our palliative care professionals, someone from Shakespeare Hospice, our PALS team, or others who have lost people they care about and may be experiencing the same kind of feelings.

No one person is the same; grief is different for everyone. There is no time limit to how long it lasts. The Sue Ryder Charity specialises in palliative, neurological, and bereavement support and has some helpful material for supporting yourself through grief.

A FREE activity as part of the Wellbeing Community Café! 2 hours to share a skill or learn something new. A space to meet and chat, refreshments provided. The 3rd Thursday of every month at Stratford Hospital.
