We support children and young people (CYP) aged 0-19 years with mild to complex physical, learning or social, emotional and mental health difficulties including trauma and attachment. We offer a wide range of commissioned services including:
- Individual assessments for motor skills, sensory processing, environmental, moving and handling and equipment needs.
- Treatment packages for group or individual work
- Educational contracts in Specialist and Mainstream settings
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision for EHCP, annual reviews or tribunal work
- Individual or group training to parents/carers and educational sectors in relation to motor development and sensory processing skills.

We have an open referral system. A WITS referral form is required to be completed for the child or young person to access our service.
Please complete the relevant referral and consent forms below with as much detail as possible regarding the CYP. Please ensure you have provided all details and contacts of any involved professionals working with the child and obtained consent from the CYP or family.

We provide student fieldwork placement opportunities for both Honour Degree and Masters Level Occupational Therapy students. Our placement offer a wide range of clinical experiences, working with CYP within clinics, home or educational environments.
