What we do

Registration Authority (RA) and Smartcard services for the Trust, GP and Pharmacy users is provided by the Identity and Access Management Team. We support access to NHS Spine compliant online services.

Useful information

If you have locked your smartcard, self-service unlocking is available to anyone with a valid email address (e.g. nhs.net, nhs.uk or ac.uk) associated with their profile. The service is linked here.

Information for smartcard holders and people with RA access has been produced by NHS England. Guides are available for:
