What we do
We work with people who have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), in the community in South Warwickshire. Our aim is to rehabilitate patients to their full potential so that they maintain their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.
Our specialist team covers multiple disciplines including:
We also work closely with other care services, which helps our patients get the coordinated care they need. Patients are usually seen in their own home but the team occasionally holds physiotherapy clinics at local health centres.
