What we do

UHCW provides Acute Stroke and transient ischaemic attack (TIA) services for the whole of South Warwickshire.

We have an inpatient stroke rehabilitation unit at Leamington Hospital, and a community stroke rehabilitation service for patients following discharge from hospital. Feldon Ward provides specialist in-patient stroke rehabilitation for patients who require intensive needs-led rehabilitation and/or complex disability management to enable their discharge from hospital. This is provided by the multi-disciplinary team under the care of the stroke specialist consultant
